Why can’t I load .pmg90 presets off on patch storage into my h90?

i just downloaded some presets off of patch storage. they are .pmg90 files. i open h90 control on windows, i click the 3 dots and try “import”, “import .tide” and “import .h9z” and none of the presets show up for me to click/import. not sure what i’m doing wrong?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble.  To import a Program (from a pgm90 file) in H90 control, load the program list you want to import the program to, then open the three-dot menu next to the slot you want to load to (on the left-hand side) and select “Import Program”
