Wiring of external switches for H90 ?

Can anyone tell me how the external switch wiring on a TRS connector ( tip, ring, sleeve) translates to switch number 1,2,and 3 ?

Tip = 1, Ring = 2, T+R = 3. Sleeve is usually the ground for all three buttons.

Yes, two 1N4148 that should be wired with the stripes pointing toward the third switch. I’ve attached a schematic.
