Articulate
More Than a Transient Shaper

Dynamics Made Easy
Take control of your mix with Articulate, the next generation envelope shaper that makes fixing dynamics as simple as using an EQ. More than a transient shaper, Articulate separates your audio into four bands: Attack, Decay, Sustain, and Release. By dialing in the desired level on the corresponding fader, you can instantly add Smack, Punch, Body, and Air to your tracks.

Sound Examples
- Lock in your drums with precise envelope shaping. Tighten transients, trim decay, and keep your kick and snare punchy without spilling over.
- Articulate’s Sidechain mode reshapes envelopes using an external input. Tighten bass with a kick, clean reverb tails, and add groove without losing dynamics.
- Add snap and control to your synth plucks. Tweak decay and release for tight, rhythmic placement and clear space in the mix without relying on heavy EQ.
- Let the crunch hit just right. Fine-tune attack, decay, and release to bring messy or soft drums into focus without killing the vibe.
- Stop wrestling with your drum bus. Smooth harsh tails, control bleed, and sharpen transients while preserving dynamics. Every hit lands with precision.
- Shape room tone, soften harsh transients, and control string noise for an acoustic sound that’s intimate, polished, and full of character.
