This is another in a series of compressor/boost/EQ presets designed to overdrive the next element in the signal chain (an amp or a pedal). I am using these presets to overdrive a Kingsley Page to sound like a tube-driven TS808, KLON, TREBLEBOOSTER etc. The Hotswitch adds 9dB of boost and an expression pedal adds 9dB of boost and compression. Your choice. Naturally, these can be adjusted to taste. 9/9/2022

You prolly guessed that this is another tube screamer preset. It is similar to the one I built with EQCompressor but this one provides a little grit. Just a little though. Most people use tube screamers as overdrives. They keep the gain low and turn the volume up until they smash the front of a tube amp (where most of the distortion is generated). 9/9/2022

Here is my TS808 for the H9. The expression pedal gives you more or less gain with no increase in volume. The hotswitch adds some gain and a volume boost. This allows you to use the preset for some crunch rhythm and then hit the hotswitch when your solo finally arrives.

Harmadillo came pretty close to bringing the long-desired and long-illusive Univibe to the H9. This preset isn't a Univibe either but it's pretty close too. And, surprisingly, it's the only preset on the sharing page labeled "Univibe" so there that. If you have a better one please posted it up here too. 9/8/2022

Here is a second Univibe preset. This one is a slightly more "in the pocket" and is more useful because I've added a speed range for an expression pedal. 9/9/2022

If you have tried to use the trim knob in EQCompressor you know that the lowest it will go is -12dB. That's not enough for a true volume pedal. This preset will go down to zero and up to any level at which you set the trim control. 0 dB is like a passive volume pedal but you can set it to boost up to +12 dB if you want. Also note that, in this preset, the max is 0 dB with the treadle toe down; so that is the equivalent of being in buffered bypass mode. From there the hotswitch add will another 7 dB of boost for a solo. And you thought volume pedals were simple.
