I’ve targeted your unit to see the update over the network – could you boot into normal mode and try it there?
Unfortunately those windows crash logs aren’t very revealing, but we’ll investigate. If you keep seeing issues, it may be worth downgrading to the Emote version you had previously, since it’s generally best to connect to the device with the same version number. Once the update succeeds on the H9000, then it’s safe to also update Emote.
