Same problem here: On my My products page, the only button regarding registered products is a red Unregister button, on the same line as the H9000 and its serial number. No links to VSig/VSigX there.
Have successfully updated the H9000 to 1.2.1, and downloaded the 1.2.1 Emote, which (after some confusion on my part) connects perfectly.
But: where is VSIG? Not on that page, and not at any of the links on that (My products) page.
I noticed you have two accounts on the website, both using the same email. I wonder if that is confusing things. Your other account is your last name.Show More...
