oh, sorry… no, i did just have 2 0’s when i entered it.. but it still wouldn’t take.
could it be because the only drop down choice was H9000, but mine is an H9000r? so, technically, my SN# doesn’t match to an “H9000” ?

Looks like you just have an extra 0! It should probably be 9K-00159
