Sorry that you are experiencing issues. Could you please email email@example.com with a reference to this forum post? With the email, could you also include the full version numbers (1.2.x[x]) of the H9000 and Emote software you are using?
Maybe I’m missing something, but where on Emote would you look to confirm which version you have installed?.. I dont see an ‘About Emote’ option in the menus etc.
