Regardless of that, running Emote yields the same results.
I'm pretty sure that link was the right one the last time I used it, which admittedly was quite a while ago. It's a bit misleading that they call it "Print Services" – it actually installs a system component for finding any Bonjour services on the network. Anyway, it sounds like it didn't fix your problem. I don't have a Windows system here at home, so I'll contact a colleague who does.
