Can you give me more information about your network setup? Is your computer connected to the network via Wi-Fi, but the H9000 is connected to the network via ethernet from a router?
Can you try clicking the three dot icon on the right below “Other Services”, select “Set Service Order”, and drag Wi-Fi to the top of the list?
