Can you try connecting the H9000 via Wi-Fi instead of ethernet from the router? You may need to make ethernet inactive in your settings for this to work.
Alternatively, can you connect your H9000 directly to your computer using an ethernet cable? No further configuration should be necessary for this.
Both of the above connection methods work for my setup. I am unable to test a networked ethernet connection.
We may need to adjust some settings for the connection to work properly with certain network configurations. If you are able to try either of the above suggestions, please let me know what happens.
