I’d be curious to hear from those that mentioned extra analog outputs to know what the use case is there beyond the existing 8 channels of analog output.
The expansion card slot offers very little room so personally I think this card should focus on adding something that doesn’t exist currently (pre-amped inputs) as opposed to increasing the number of something that does exist (analog outputs).
– One DSUB connector
– Two combo XLR/TRS/TS jacks
– Two TRS/TS jacks
That should fill up the space and offer 12 pre-amped inputs with flexibility for different cable types.
