Hello, I’m sorry but there is limited support for the H8000 and I do not have any update troubleshooting to provide. I appreciate your kind support. I understand that the H8000FW is now considered a vintage unit. However, it has unique characteristics that neither the H9000 nor high-resolution plugins can replicate, so I continue to use it with great care.
I attempted the update several times, but it still didn’t work. As the staff mentioned in the link you provided, there’s no real need to update from 5.5 unless there’s a major issue. Given that, I’ve decided to continue using it as is.
