Analog input 1 not working on H8000fw

Hi,

been trying to setup an H8000FW inputs and outputs and no matter what, input 1 isn’t working and input 4 also has a much higher input level than input 2 and 3.

ive reset the unit and updated the firmware and had a look inside. I’ve also used the routing app to set it up.

So analog input 1 no input

Analog input 4 about 8db higher

both digital Adat and AES work fine.

anything I should check? I’ve already take the unit apart to check inside see if I could see anything adrift etc

or I could take it back to where I bought it? But not sure if they could get it fixed easily? Is there anywhere in the UK that would be able to fix it?

If the unit is still under warranty, returning it to the retailer might be the best option. They may have a repair service or can facilitate a replacement. And look for authorized service centers in the UK. You can often find this information on the manufacturer’s website or by contacting their support fnaf
