Can the ADAT OUT connector or the board on which it is attached be replaced? Would save me having to track down an AES EBU DB25 to DB25 cable.
I rely on my H9000R and would not want to send it away for repair unless it was necessary.
Please email support@eventideaudio.com and send a picture of what is damaged, and we can provide the support information via the ticket.
<sigh of relief> It turns out I can still connect an optical cable to it. Thanks anyway.
