Trying to register my H9000R at ‘Register a New Product” under my account – I select “H9000” as the Product (as there is no H9000R option) and get
The given serial number is not valid.
When trying to submit the form. Any idea why? I’m entering the 9K-XXXXX serial as it is on the box. Thanks.
