db25 connectors H9000 doesn’t fit

I recently purchased two DB25 cables for the analog inputs and outputs of the H9K. To my dismay, the two connectors are incompatible; there isn’t sufficient space to connect both inputs and outputs simultaneously. It seems as though the H9000 connectors were designed too closely together, preventing the DB25 connectors from fitting properly.

What can be done to address this rather vexing problem?

I have 2 x Hosa DB25’s connected without any problem. Maybe look at a different cable.

Short of returning those and getting 2 compatible cables , nothing.

I also have the Hosa and they fit fine.

What I do find a little problematic with the DB25 port is when frequently connecting/unconnecting, the nut tends to want to keep coming off the back of the unit. Is this irregular?

DTP 803 is the same model number as the one I have. I can confirm that much. As long as it hasn’t changed you should be good.

Hosa DTM 805 here on both ports. Fits fine. I’d assume they all use the same DB25 connectors.
