Yeah hopefully eventide will chime in .
im going to try to update again. Maybe the dsp needs to be reseated. I actually haven’t used the unit in a couple months -

Calling Eventide Monday. Hopefully they will let me try too reseat DSP A . I have about 20 hours of this unit…

Sorry for the issue you’re having. Can you please try the USB self test? Details can be found here: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h9000/content/appendix/startup_seq.html#usb-self-test-mode
You can email the results of the test directly to me at tskoglund(at)eventide.com and I can provide further troubleshooting instructions there.
