      Hello,

I have one of these: http://this1smyne.com/shop/me-mini-expression-pedal/

Its not your “normal” expression pedal. I have the 10k Mono version. I can set it up with my Eclipse just fine but I only get a very small parameter range. From 0 to 5.6, (rather than 0 to 100, I assume)

Do I need to change my pedal to 25k (or higher?) to get the full sweep of motion? Or perhaps I’m not setting it up correctly? I’m using a TRS cable (I also tried it with a normal cable and got the same results)

      Thanks for any help!

      Greg

The Eclipse needs a 10-25K pot with a TRS (stereo) connector and a TRS (stereo) lead.

Your symptoms suggest that the R of the Eclipse socket is not connected to the pot (this is probably what they mean by Mono) – check your cables and talk to the pedal manufacturer.

Using a 25K pot will help, but not fix the problem – you need a "stereo" pot and a "stereo" lead.

Great Thanks… so the 10k or 25k doesnt really matter just that its stereo right?

True on the rack-mount units. Note that the stompboxes are different.
