      Hello.

      I HAVE THIS PROBLEM THAT THE SCROL WHEEL, DIAL DIFFERENCE . WHEN IN PROGRAM MODE I HAVE TO DIALE A WHOLE TURN TO GO FROM ONE PROGRAM TO ANOTHER. I HAVE ALLREDY DO A RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS, BUT THAT DIDENT HELP.

      I can only imagine that it is a faulty wheel, but it is not obvious why it would just slow down.

      You could send it in, but I would suggest you try a "return to factory defaults” again. Make sure you say YES when asked.
