Effect only on one side

I just got a used Eclipse & I can only get the effected signal on one side & totally dry on the other. I am in a stereo in/stereo out effect loop of a Zentera combo amp. I can make the sides reverse by switching the cables & outputs so it's not the amp or the cables. Is this normal, is there some setting I am overlooking or do I have a defective unit? Thanks,

If you've just got it, you would be well advised to return it to factory defaults (see UM). This will fix any inappropriate settings.

Thanks, I tired that yesterday & it cleared things up but I would like to know where that setting is for future reference or was it just a glitch in the system. Thanks

No glitches in this system !!

Could have been one of two things that I can think of:

1) Wet/dry set to 100% dry on one channel

2) If V4.0 or later, could be output in mono mode (UM p.22)
