      Hi,

I discovered that if I have a project (even a new project with just one audio track) with an Emote plug-in instance, when the H9000 finishes booting, Emote will crash. I’m running Logic Pro X 10.6.3 on MacOS X 10.15.7. I’m using Ethernet on both the Mac and H9000.

Generally I power everything on before I fire up Logic, now I know it’s best to stick with that approach 🙂

I have a couple of crash dump outputs if you’d like me to email support please let me know.

      Thanks,

      David

      Hi David,

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue, although I am running Logic 10.6.2 and Big Sur.

When I create a new project in Logic and add an instance of Emote, I am able to power cycle the H9k and connect to Emote multiple times without Logic crashing. I can try reproducing this on another system but your best option may be opening Logic after everything is powered up if that solution works for you.
