Unlikely – this would be an enormous amount of work, and would require a new product, rather than a software update.
The main issue is that the H3000 series was developed 25 years ago, and the technology it used is totally incompatible with modern stuff, so the whole thing would have to be redone. For example, a number of algorithms rely on changing the sample rate, making them unusable with digital connections. The Eclipse does have a number of 3000 algs, but these are carefully crafted emulations.
