Hi, I heave a GTR 4000 and Eclipse.

Some one told me if i bay a H 8000FW i don 't need GTR an Eclipse any more.

I can make more alogaritm and more effects just in one preste insteade of both GTR and Elipse,is that right?

      Thanks,

Yes. As correctly adviced on EvHelps your Eclipse+GTR4000 combined together will be simply be less useful and powerful thn a single H8000FW.

If you simply consider that the H8000 comes w/almost 2000 presets……and VSIG work may go ad infinitum……..

      cheers

The H8000FW ahs more advanced versions of the Eclipse ones. You'll find some. You can't overwrite H8000FW presets with Eclipse ones.

      Hi ,

I 'm again for last question i hope!

After evry prest in the manual is 2,2 or 4, 4 ..

Is that mines 2 dsp or 4 ? of one processor?

I learn that h 8000 in total 8 dsp in each proc?

      Thanks!!!

The numbers you refer to, indicate the quantity of inputs and outputs of a preset.

A preset with 22 means it has 2 inputs and outputs, a stereo preset.

      A 44 is quad input/output preset.

Regarding dsps, the H8000 is a dual machine using 2 DSPs; each machine uses a single dsp.

      all the best

      I
