  I am trying to find info on how to operate/program the h8000FW relays. I do not see it in the programming manual, as the owners manual.

  the rear panel relays are controlled by the C_RELAY module. This needs to be inserted in *every* preset you need relays to work. Relays are not system controlled; you'll need Vsigfile work to actually use them.
