Congratulations on the 2.0 release! When I tried to click “Updates” in Emote.app on MacOS (Catalina), I got the error:
Could not retrieve firmware release info. An error occurred parsing the update information from the Eventide server. Update information: ‘”InvalidSerialNumber”‘.

Looks like my H9000 didn’t know it’s own serial number (said “unknown”), but a reboot of the H9000 fixed that issue and I was able to upgrade to 2.0.0!
