Is there any road case which would allow for safe checked-baggage air travel for an H9000?

The times I have traveled with my H9000 and taken it on a plane, I’ve used this case without issue: https://www.skbcases.com/products/4-u-i-series-injection-molded-wireless-mic-fly-rack

In order to keep it under 50 lbs, I’ve had to not include any cables, power conditioners, and not much else in the rack. Make sure you weigh it and it abides by your airlines weight guidelines. You have to check it in.

Whichever case you use, expect LONG DELAYS.

      Sorry, it was a joke.

      H9000, long delays…think about it.

i’m happy to hear the H9000 can survive checked baggage handling. Thanks for the SKB case recommendation. I will try this.

i’ve flown a bit with it in a pelican 1615 using a 2 space rack from CP cases.
super lightweight at 5lbs, but incredibly solid.
it’s underweight (even with other things in the pelican (cables, DI, midi controller..) and not considered oversize.
      hope that helps.
