H9000 USB detached permanently after new firmware update via USB stick

  Hi,
  
  after updating the new firmware of the H9000 it shows in Clock under prefs:
  
  USB detached with a red dot.
  
  It has worked before,,, Mac Pro 5,1, Ableton 8, H9000 as single Audio Interface, OSX High Sierra.

  On the computer side, do you see the H9000 audio device in Audio/MIDI Setup or in your DAW settings? Please could you also try a different USB cable and let us know if that changes anything.

  Hi there,
  due to shaky internet situation in my studio I have missed to update the software in the machine via eventide Server itself… now I managed to download and install via hotspot of my mobile phone… now everything works as it is supposed to…
