I have a problem, I already installed the H9 control on my Mac, i have everything updated, i want to use my coupon to buy the “Looper” algorithm, but my H9 control app does not show me the “Store” option.
it’s been years since Eventide announced that the algorithm store was going away. At the same time, we announced that we would only be manufacturing the H9 Max. As a result, any new H9 Core or H9 Standard users were told their only option was to conduct a Max Out, upgrading their existing H9 to a Max with a one time fee. This is still possible and at a great discount. Unfortunately, we have not been honoring coupons after this change. Let us know if you have questions.
