ilock and Blackhole issues

 Hi

Ok so i bought Eventide Blackhole,and have installed my i lock Manager.Problem is  that my licence for  the Black Hole plugin is not showing up, in the i Lock manager so I cannot activate the plugin.I have registered with the correct information at Eventide

I have only one exsisting activation on my licence manager,for a different plugin bought a while back.

 I am running Windows 10 64bit for ther record and using the lastest FL Studio 20.6 as a DAW

Any help would be appreciated

Hi, it sounds like you followed the activation and installation instructions outlined here? https://www.eventideaudio.com/support/downloads/installing-and-authorizing-plug-ins

If you've followed those, and the license is still not showing in iLok License Manager, please email support@eventide.com with your serial number, license key, and ilok username, and we'll get you sorted.
