installing H9000 MADI expansion card without connecting to ground?

  The manual says I have to connect the anti-static wristband to ground whilst installing the MADI expansion card. I don’t have that option here. I’m just a bedroom musician with expensice taste! Or do I need to send my H9000R to the UK service centre to upgrade for me?

  It is strongly recommended to use the anti-static wrist strap when doing the Gen2 upgrade.
  
  You can install the expansion card without wearing the strap.
