I just received my Micropitch Delay that I recently bought for my smaller board. I also own an H9 Max and H90. It was really a letdown to learn the EDM software doesn’t show any of the specific knob values in the EDM software for the MPD. I do sort of ‘get’ what Eventide was going for in terms of more simplicity with this line of pedals. However, the OCD in me really ‘needs’ to know the specific detune cents and delay ms I’m dialing in.
Any chance a future update will offer the knob values in addition to the existing MIDI values? I’d like to please request that feature if I may!
Also, is preset 1 for the MPD “H3000 Micropitch” have the same values as the Eventide factory patch of the same name for the H9? Sounds VERY similar so that may give me a ballpark idea of the true knob values.
Thanks for your time!

Hi eruption77,

No, this is not planned.
Also, is preset 1 for the MPD “H3000 Micropitch” have the same values as the Eventide factory patch of the same name for the H9?
Yes, it is based on the same preset as the one found on Factor/H9.

Here’s a thought, if you have any MIDI devices or a DAW you can hook up: Set both the MicroPitch and the H9 or H90 to the same MIDI Channel, and mirror the MicroPitch CC number configuration in your secondary “readout” device.
Untested, but I’m thinking that sending the same CC value to each device should get you in the ballpark, if not a home run. For starters, a recent similar thread on TGP puts the delay time at noon at ~230 mS, and ~3:30 at ~1000 mS.

Thank you both for the replies. Bummed adding that functionality isn’t in the cards for the EDM.
MIDI isn’t an option for me but thanks for the suggestion. I’ll try and find that thread on TGP and take a look. I needed a 500ms delay and found a workaround of sorts but it’s a royal time consuming PITA trying to match the delay time by ear on the MPD to another delay set for 500ms. (I use a Yamaha THRX as my practice amp and typed in the delay value, then tried to match the MPD to the amp). Sure I got it fairly close, but it would have been much faster and easier to do if I could have just entered that value in the EDM similar to the H9 and H90 software.
