  After running fix internal memory, The eclipse now shows No Programs in all groups. How do i get the presets back?

  Make sure that CRITERIA is set to ALL. What do you mean by "all groups" ?

  I have the CRITERIA set to All. I get "no Programs". Delays-"no Programs", Pitch-"no Programs" I can't get any programs anywhere. Is there any way to get the presets back?

  Next thing to try will be to return the unit to factory defaults.(Hold down SETUP at power up).
  
  Don't know how old your unit is, but the internal battery may need changing (5 to 10 years).
