Hi,
I was wondering whether it's possible to build a phaser where the peaks don't move altogether as a group (under an LFO sweep or manual control) but rather the peaks above the frequency and the peaks below move closer or further apart from that frequency. I.e. in a 8-stage phaser, we have 4 peaks, 2 above and 2 below the specified frequency, they could be spread like this:
Peak 1 ******* Peak 2 ******* Freq Point ******* Peak 3 ******* Peak 4
an LFO could squeeze them like this:
Peak 1 ** Peak 2 ** Freq Point ** Peak 3 ** Peak 4
and spread them like this:
Peak 1 ********* Peak 2 *********** Freq Point ********** Peak 3 ********** Peak 4
Is this possible?
