Preset Virtual Rack1,2,3

Hi eventide world, 

Is threre any problem with presets Virtual rack 1, 2 and 3 ?

I selected the routing 8 firewire, and i have the return of the h8000fw output 1,2 and 3,4 and 5,6 but not 7,8. 

the sends are ok with all H8000 input but the return is not ok for the output 7,8.

I have the last firmware.

Is it normal ?

We don't know of a problem here but will look into it. To help us could you say:

1) What sample rate you are running.

2) What numbered routing are you using (routing 8 firewire could mean many several).

Also, since the problem may be at your end, could you try changing the routing about to try and determine exactly where the signal is getting lost – for example, exchange channels 5/6 with 7/8 and see if it swaps or remains the same.

I found a solution :

1. I plug the h8000fw in adat to uln2

2. I selected the routing ADAT A->B  no ADAT 8 track !

3. I selected the preset virtual rack 1 on DSP A

4. I selected a preset that bypass the dsp B like the preset THRU or H8000 BANKS

it's ok.
