ROM integrity error

Hi

I just purchased a new Eclipse unit, and upon turning on the Eclipse I get this message error “ROM INTEGRITY ERROR” and I can not register because while checking serial number it says “serial invalid” please advise on how to fix this

This means that there is a problem with the unit’s embedded serial number. Contact support@eventide.com with your address and actual serial number and the nice man there should be able to fix it – refer to this post. Say whether you have ability to write a CF card from a computer.

Try a factory reset first; pgs 53-54 in the manual, (presuming your eclipse is at ROM version 4.x.)
