Sleep mode for Eve/net display

      I am sure this has been asked over the years, but it there a sleep mode or screen saver for the Eve/net display?  Or any Harmonizer display for that matter?   I keep the thing running for many hours and sometimes it's just locked on a preset.  I would hate to have it burn out.  

      BTW: I am aware I could unplug it on the Eve/net….. but is it necessary?

      The Eclipse has a screen-saver, the H8000 does not. If it worries you, you could reduce the brightness.

      Wow! Thank you for the very prompt response.  I actually hadn't thought of that.  Is this necessary?  I suppose if you guys had tons of displays burning out or having burn in you would have already incorporated it i the flagship. Am I just being paranoid?  Smile

      You are maybe worrying a little. We have not had tons of displays burning out, or as you surmise, we would have done something.

      LCDs are not as susceptible to "burnin" as are some other technologies. Probably the biggest risk is using up some of the life of the backlight.
