Can anyone tell me how Steve Vai uses the Eventide Harmonizer H3000 for recording? Also, what presets did he favor on his recordings previous to the presets he set up ( for example, Passion and Warfare, other than the special effects on Ballerina 12/24 and Alien Love Kiss etc.) ? Does (did) he use the Eventide for harmonies or recordings or does he do them strictly by hand? Simply, how is this device featured on his recordings?
