Upgrading H9000r to H9000 with controls possible?

Or even better, a knobby desktop interface like a “Console 1” with a big display.

Hi there,

I don’t yet own one of the H9000s, however, since I am on a limited budget and considering getting one of the two models I was wondering if there is a possibility to upgrade a H9000r to a H9000 with controls at a later point when purchasing the H9000r in the first place. This would allow to first get into programming the unit via Emote but ultimately I would also want the front panel controls I think.

Hi Trigonometrie,

Currently there's no upgrade path. You would have to sell the H9KR and buy a H9K (or keep them both!)

In any case, I've created ticket #H9000-394 "request for upgrade path from H9KR to H9K". No promises, though.
