      I can delete modules with a right click no problem until you get to the last module left in an FX chain, then the delete option disappears?

      This is just how the UI is configured; there will always be at least one FX chain and each FX chain will always have at least one algorithm. 

      If you'd like a blank slate, you can load the FX chain "1601 TEMPLATE – DEFAULT." You could also simply replace the last algorithm in the FX chain with a "Thru" algorithm, or any algorithm of your choice.
